Return and Cancellation Policy

Return, Exchange, and Replacement Policy 

1. Cancellations:
At this time, Manicraft does not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding and encourage careful review before confirming purchases.

2. Exchange and Replacement:
If your item arrives damaged (due to transit or packaging issues), is defective (non-functional or with a manufacturing fault), or is the incorrect size, you may request a replacement. Exchanges are available within the item’s warranty period, and the item can be exchanged for an identical product, subject to size and color availability.

3. Returns:
We do not currently offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist with replacements for damaged or incorrect items. Our customer support team is available to help facilitate the return of such items.

Additional Terms & Conditions

1. Returns are subject to an item verification process to ensure it meets return criteria.

2. Please have the following items ready for the return: original invoice, packaging, price tags, freebies, and any accessories.

3. Pickup and delivery for exchanges and replacements will be scheduled from the original delivery address.

4. The return and replacement process will begin once the product is received and verified.
